I implore you to read this.

@Pwnallthethings is a gem and I’m so glad he’s here. because truth is, leaving people behind is hard but to me, leaving seems like the right thing to do.

Twitter was special. But it's time to leave

Tweets were always short-lived. Turns out Twitter was too.

@chancerydaily Thanks so much for reading it, and I'm so glad folks like you are over here too :)
@Pwnallthethings @chancerydaily Yes, this is really good, thank you for sharing it! But I'm stuck on this part – I've followed darth for so long that darth even follows me. I was amused when people gave darth masculine pronouns because, I thought, obviously darth is a she. But I have no idea. My guess is that because darth knows a lot and is good at internet, people assumed "guy." But maybe you said he because you know?
@Pwnallthethings @chancerydaily I should clarify, I don't want to know the answer unless darth wants it known. I just think how we assign gender to anonymous accounts is interesting. And I ❤️ darth, so it's even more interesting.

@Pwnallthethings @chancerydaily I’m starting to see some of my favorite follows on here and it’s great.

It’s beginning to feel pretty unpleasant checking in at the other place.

I totally agree with this:

"the real killer for the site is the as-yet unimplemented decision to bury content and conversations from non-paying members of Twitter."

Musk simply does not get what makes/made Twitter an engaging worthwhile community.

@chancerydaily @Pwnallthethings Agree with you on this. Leaving is a feel good waking up in the morning thing.
