Cork City Council want to shut down the Marina Market.

Rather than thinking outside the box and facilitating pedestrians/cyclists they will shut it down.

Jobs lost and the bright spot down the Marina extinguished.

So that cars can drive where cars have always driven.

@drniamhlynch hopefully they don’t succeed. It’s a remarkable decision, given how much of a success it has been. They should be going out of their way to facilitate it.
