You know those wee cardboard rolls from the inside of poo-bag rolls? My partner thinks it’s strange that I have a drawer full of them that I refuse to throw out. I don’t think it’s strange. I might make something with them.

@lennie When I was very young (2 or 3) I used to call those "chookaloos."

This was because I used to put them up to my lips, pretend they were trumpets, and say "Choo-ka-loo!"
