You can use Debirdify to find those you followed & followers & export to acsv that you can easily import here

An interesting post the other day by David Allen Green where he said that he only has 10% of the followers he did in the other place but the engagement & it's quality was through the roof in comparison.
You might need to do an intro post with some hashtags to find your people and look at filling out your profile so people can learn about you
On the web client, I have a few pinned hashtag columns so I can easily find likeminds!
