@magicalwoodlands @weirdfishes this is also one of my favorite recipes for chicken roasting. I preheat the lemon by putting it in water until the water boils. Pricking it needs then a bit caution! I either add rosemary or thyme. And the last 20 minutes I add slices of bacon on top of the chicken…
