@karden Sad to see Greg Bear go. I liked the “Blood Music” short story, and really liked “The Forge of God” and “Eon”. “Heads” was also very good.

As I type this, the evidence of his death is https://archive.ph/kOELE and a Facebook post from his wife posted before Bear died which means while he has probably passed away, I await confirmation from the usual sources (Locus, etc.) before updating his Wiki page.
