In natural light, the majority of Saturn has that sorta drab beige coloring. Even with in the near-infrared (the blue-Saturn images), Cassini's wide angle camera didn't show all that much. But zoom in with Cassini's narrow-angle camera in the near-infrared and you really see the cloud structures that make up the planet's gaseous atmosphere. Bands, jet streams, color variations, and fluffy clouds!
