So far, people are guessing that Twitter will fold within one year (a total of 63%) as opposed to "not gonna' happen" at 37%.

A lot depends on what you mean by "fold." My guess is that in a short while Twitter will be very different: less influential, less reliable, with far fewer participants.

@jesseliberty I say it won't happen. It'll go the way of myspace, still around but a shell of it's former self.

@jesseliberty I don't think it'll fold. Look how MySpace has continued existing, as well as tumblr, and livejournal.
It may turn into a shell of its former self, but unless he manages to chase off *every* advertiser. . .
