Why is DB Time less than Duration, when I see many parallel sessions active during the full duration?

got the answer in the other network ( @AndrewSayer_ )
behind the green check for "completed" it shows "First N Rows".
(this is a feature if "Autotrace" in SQL Developer .
Can be fixed by a proper click at the right setting. )
