Arguments were heard Friday morning on Dr. Caitlin Bernards preliminary injunction to halt Attorney General Todd Rokitas subpoenas for patient information and medical records from the doctor.

I agree. These uninformed crazies have been emboldened to attack healthcare professionals. We need laws & protections against this insanity.

For those unfamiliar with this case: Dr. Caitlin Bernard is the OB-GYN who provided care for a 10-year-old rape victim & took every appropriate & proper action in accordance with the law. Anti-abortion crazies Attorney General Todd Rokita (along w/others) harassed & intimidated her.

Todd Rokita continues to abuse the power of his office to intimidate & target while weaponizing law.

Will only worsen Obstetrics services deserts already prevalent in 28/92 IN couties 2018. And will ⬇️ desire to train/work in IN no matter area. Harms healthcare for all in state w 3rd worst maternal morbidity already.
