OwainI had a really good day yesterday in London at #umbracoTogether - it's great to see the community but one thing that really shone bright was the lack of female attendees. Where are all the amazing female Devs? I know there must be more who didn't attend. It would be great to get a better gender balance. #womenInTech #umbraco
