Oh man. We have to do intros here? I literally walk into the unknown several times a year and come out on the other side with a comprehensive assessment. When I am asked about my background, my mind goes blank... I did things, I do security things, security, masters degree, IT, things, I do things I swear.

@Hopkins #impostersyndrome is something I deal with all the time. I always think this way when having to introduce/talk about myself.

Welcome to infosec.exchange! There are plenty of entertaining and smart people on this instance. I'm frequently impressed with the topics and toots that get posted on here. Enjoy your stay!

@xDL you are 100% right. Imposter Syndrome is very real and something that is always in the back of my mind. It doesn’t matter how high I climb in a company or who I know, it’s always there. It might not be a bad thing though. Anyway, I’m happy to be here with so many people from diverse backgrounds that are able effectively collaborate.
@Hopkins I have always felt its a way to keep myself in check. I know I am no master of infosec and welcome the fact that I need to keep learning. I've been fortunate to be put into positions of responsibility and enjoy having teams where I can both teach and learn. Cheers! 🥂
