@WearsHats @ajroach42 @Adampknave @imtheq @TerryHancock Shatner said no to Mastodon years ago when it was a new thing. The one time he replied to me was to argue with me about something he didn't know about.

He was concerned about privacy and his private information. He thought big companies did a better job with keeping private information private, and all I could think was how many time gigantic corps like Target had security breaches and lost millions of peoples' banking information.
