The last posts I can see are from 4 hours ago and I follow a bunch of popular hashtags so I know that can't be right. The local timeline seems to be moving normally, though! Bit frustrated. @trumpet can you shed any light on this??

Chelle (she/her) 🐸☕@annedraya Hazarding a guess... Mass influx of ppl from twitter slowing down the servers. It happened not long ago during the last big influx. Takes the servers a bit to catch up with all the new people.

@annedraya There's been huge load over the last 24 hours, the entire fediverse has slowed down. It'll catch up gradually.
