@sophiewarnes i would at least get a lawyer engaged and talk through that concern and any others you have. Your specific circumstances may make that specific scenario unlikely. The people who have issues are unlikely to have your circumstances. If you catch my drift. At the very least you will be able to get in front of any documentation you may need that your lawyer will be able to tell you about.
