@johnleonard One thing doesn't add up is if you fall out of visa status, you can't be a citizen like he did later like that.

@johnleonard that's what I mean, if you've fallen out of status in USA like that thread claims, you're not eligible for citizenship, you got to get out of the country, wait 3 to 10 years, then apply for it, or show some extreme circumstance as reason that you fell out of state to get approval etc.
