@sophiewarnes @locksmithprime If you do not have an immigration lawyer engaged, I recommend you get one. My company provided one as getting me a green card was cheaper than renewing my E3 every 2 years.

When you apply for a green card, you can also apply for "Advance Parole" which allows you to leave for a period of time without discontinuing your application or putting you at a disadvantage.

The soonest you can apply, the better. It could take *years*.
