@Creed Yes! I would joke that i get my world news from there and then look up the actual new story. It's how I kept up and now it's.. Well, sad.
@Nadine Agreed. We lived in some places where local news would be censored and so the only way to hear about things was the rumor mill on twitter. And breaking news, even in the US, hit twitter fast. Hopefully other social media will catch on (like twitter and FB after MySpace tanked)
