£125.23 of Google #Stadia refunds. Quite surprised they refunded it tbh, without even asking them. It was actually a pretty good service, too.

@gossithedog yeah, it was a solid move to auto refund. Really helps in the future for "I'm not getting locked in to have them shut down in a year".

They are going to still shut down in a year but it will be less of a cost to us.

@failOpen @gossithedog they realized that it failed entirely because of their reputation, so they're trying to buy some of that back. It'll probably work to some degree, but not enough to make the experimenta net win in that regard.

@gossithedog Did they ever decide to open up the wireless controller firmware? I heard that they were talking about it internally and I *love* those controllers.
