@alyssam_infosec @Imlordofthering agreed I smoke and grill all year round granted being in TX makes that easier now then living up north.
Might take a little longer to get to temp. Also might want to hit an Army/Navy store and get a surplus wool blanket to put over it while running to help hold temp in. Personally never tried it but heard it recommended lots. I'm sure Alyssa has amazing tips for smoking in the dead cold and snow.
@BBQandSysFaults @Imlordofthering I have a blanket for my pellet smoker to help with this too.
