Really hoping Twitter doesn’t actually collapse. It’s been a fairly important part of my life for the past 11 years.

It helped me grow into the activist and advocate I am today. It connected me with so many of the people I now call colleagues.

It’s started so many relationships, heck it’s how I met my husband.

@positivelad I remember you well back in t’day!
@jjswin when I were just a wee twink.
@positivelad you’ll always be a wee twink 💕
@positivelad I don’t think this is really the end. There’s a lot of people saying it is, but I’m trying to dig down and see what’s caused this latest worry.
@positivelad getting increasingly hard to be on, far right voices are being amplified, the search function can no longer be trusted (just search the reponse a to Mark Kelly v Elon and it’s far right cesspool - normal responses just not appearing) and now elons going full fash on pronouns.
@positivelad you can’t run a global company operating in a field like twitter does on a handful of people, bugs are creeping in, legal compliance is now questionable, your data security is absolutely now a concern too. I’d hate to lose it, I’ve worked hard to build an engaged audience on their, it’s a huge part of my sales for my photography, but how much long can you live in Elon’s far right trash can before you’re tainted by it.
