Laurel EbyI suppose I should start posting (tooting?) stuff here. Here's an extremely lucky shot I got of a great blue heron at Colusa National Wildlife Refuge a couple weeks ago.
BlueDawn@dawnhumphrey I know, it’s crazy the size of critters they can eat! I saw one at Don Edwards NWR a year or so ago catch and eat three lizards in quick succession!
@jausel This heron regularly comes after the meadow has been mowed and hunts with the coyotes.
