Every week, SiriusXM 70s on 7 plays an old Casey Kasem American Top 40 (#AT40) show from the 1970s. 80s on 8 has a similar countdown called the VJ Big 40, drawing from the 1980s.

I look up the Hot 100 charts on the Billboard site, create a playlist on Spotify, and listen through. Then I pick 5-10 songs from each chart and discuss them in a segment on the show called Rachel's Chart Chat. I play music clips, and include relevant info on the songs and artists, generally from Wikipedia.
