That should be identical everywhere.

@dob That's what I thought. Pulling all of that data for a few regions to compare it seems to take a long time and a ton of API requests.

@major these are all marketplace images we're talking about? If yes, then the image references are region agnostic.
Or are you talking about images you yourself share via the Image Gallery? Then this gets replicated into regions and might have region information in it. I'd need to verify that myself.
