@barefootstache @culurciello AFAIK, with Rmd one should know the LaTeX syntax*, while, from this example, it seems the python package is able to parse the python code directly

* when working with colleagues/students/mentees with a biomedical background, I find it extremely difficult to convince them to embrace LaTeX, after they had to learn R (which for some was already a challenge)
