My mother’s ancestors were rural people who lived in Indiana. They were Old Order German Dunkards who were descended from people who migrated from Pennsylvania into Maryland and across Ohio. Some of the surnames on my maternal side are Rairigh, Funk, Shepler, Patton, Sheafor, and many more.
