@deegee And does it matter? As I was trying to explain to my 10 year old last night, it didn't really matter whether Putin happened to be President, or Prime Minister. Does it really matter what his title is?
@danorrmite I think you're right, that appears to be the original source. A financial reporter picked that up and ran with it. Maybe not stepping down any time soon. But as you said, it doesn't matter anyway. I think some bank will probably end up owning Twitter in a few months and shut it down.
