Can anyone advise as to Mastodon etiquette? For instance, on Twitter, it’s largely seen as polite to “like” replies to your posts. Is it the same here? Or are “favourites” reserved for something special? Also, can I limit who can see my posts, and if so, is that considered rude? I see posts from people in all different places not just htown. Whats the point of being in a particular server if we can all see one another anyhow? When someone follows me, is it typical to follow them back? I don’t want to mark myself as a weirdo right out of the gate by breaching the unspoken rules of Mastodon etiquette.
