@katka by accident. Missilrs don't know borders and sometimes miss the intended target, or get damaged and fall in a random place. And that tractor was 5km from the border, so pretty close.

Also, last time I checked, there was no conclusive evidence whether it was a Russian missile, or an Ukrainian air defence missile.
