I can search a hashtag, but then fail to see how to "follow" it.

I sometimes think it's because I'm not using the same web interface or desktop app?

@bcmFietser not sure how to do it on the app but on the web version if you search a # a follow sign appears next to it.

@nisreen It depends what version of Mastodon your server is running - it looks like following hashtags is another new feature of version 4. To check what version your server is on go to YourServerName/about and check. For a lot of servers this is at the bottom as shown in the attached image, but not always.
