@kristinknouse Very nice! The sex-specific genes are a good control that it is working well, given the X vs Y paralog basis for those.

@StearnsLab Thank you Tim! I admittedly didn't even think about sex-specific hits going into this whole endeavor but now think that the ability to uncover these for any phenotype will be one of the more interesting features given the often quite significant sex bias for many aspects of physiology and disease.
