My take on US timezones:
* New England and Quebec should be on Atlantic Time
* Eastern Time should apply in Eastern Ontario, and from NY to the Mississippi: MI, IN, KY, TN, MS, AL all stay on Eastern all year
* Central Time in Western ON, and Illinois/WI South to Texas
* Mountain and Pacific unchanged
