I really have to get used to the concept of micro-blogging again. I get how it works, but I've just never done it much. I've used Twitter for a while, and I've been here for 2 years or so, but I never posted on either much. I'm definitely getting addicted though, Reddit and this will probably be my two favorite platforms to browse when I've got nothing to do. Or, in other words, when I've definitely got stuff to do, but keep procrastinating and browsing social-media.
@stasp I would still add Hacker News to that. These three are my Tiktok and Instagram, only accessible and far more intelectually entertaining.
@Piciok I should really check Hackernews out. @TheFake_VIP did tell me about it quite a while ago but I never delved in to it much.
Maybe I should post there about all the embedded emulation shenanigans I've been doing recently. I asked for advice on Reddit but no-one there responded to my posts.
@stasp @TheFake_VIP You can definitely try. There's a whole #AskHN section there. You could follow some stories through bots on here but the website or a dedicated app will give you a better overview.
@Piciok @stasp I'm also quite a fan of https://lobste.rs, or @lobsters here here on the fedi (unofficially at least). I don't check it as much as I'd like though, I need to work it into my news routine.
