Yes, Musk may make a little loss but my impression is that the majority of the money came from banks, Saudi Arabia’s Kingdom Holding Company, and Oracle/Ellison.

Conductor@hemonc @rbairwell @taylorlorenz His reputational strategy seems very tied to confronting his critics. His remaining fans and remaining social circle are, I think, quite enamored with a never-back-down mentality.
I just don't think he has a lot of incentive to admit he's made a major blunder and tons of incentive to pretend he hasn't, even as evidence mounts.
