@bellalugosi Having only recently sought & received official diagnosis, I highly recommend it. I had also done the quizzes myself with unsurprising results but for me that wasn't enough for a variety of reasons, not least of which is doubting myself.

It has also made it possible to access the NDIS & given me guidance & insights I wouldn't have otherwise had. It's not as accessible as it should be though so that's a huge barrier.
