Service tweet: if you buy #Samsung UHD Neo QLED TV, you will need to keep the remote on the loading cable all the time. Even if not actively used, the thing loses charge within hours. The solution by the #MediaMarkt genius - buy a universal remote with batteries, no problem. My man, I am not buying a second remote 10 days after a new TV, this shit is supposed to work properly still.

@pg_rebooting Sorry, these are my honest impressions. Otherwise the TV is perfectly fine, good balance between price and quality (we were not looking for a top tier device, as we only occasionally watch TV), but this remote thing is irritating.

@pg_rebooting We replaced a 12 year old Toshiba. Still works fine, I don't even know why we got a new one. The Samsung has better sound, better image, sure, but it makes no difference in front of what TV my husband falls asleep 😁
