@chloeneast When I was trying to start working out my brother told me to gear my gear on and do just one pushup. After doing one you might as well do more since you've already paid the fixed cost and the marginal cost is so low.

So, maybe just say "I'll read the introduction" and then by the time you finish you'll be so into it you'll just continue on to the rest no problem? :D
