Speaking on a panel at a conference this morning, with my recent book coauthors. I am presenting on a topic I talked about at the same venue in 1998. They weren't ready for it back then. Maybe now.

This is a pattern throughout my career. I get ideas of things that need to be done (or avoided), and people nod politely, then ignore me until a decade later when suddenly -- aha!

Too bad my talent doesn't extend to stock picks and roulette games.

After looking at the Table of Contents for this book I can already tell that (1) when it hits full publication I'm going to buy a copy and find it a very interesting and thoughtful read and (2) I'm going to disagree with a number of parts of it, and probably a few parts of it vehemently. 😄
