I understand that not everyone is here for pet pictures. I find that they help get me through the days. If you do not want to see pictures of people’s pets, fear not! Mastodon (and other Fediverse applications) give the ability to mute hashtags. I recommend muting the following hashtags if you do not want your timelines cluttered with pet pictures:
