Staff in Dominic Raab's private office claim they were 'bullied and harassed', according to survey

Results of a people's survey from 2019, leaked to ITV News, show 40% reported personal experience of bullying and harassment and 75% witnessed it.

The office was small and the results anonymous. We can’t know from the leak who was alleged to be bullying/harassing colleagues

But the stench around Raab is growing - and his position in Government seems increasingly untenable

@gem_abbott I worry that they’re going to just keep him in office purely to make a point, given that Sunak recently said he doesn’t want to feel like the media have the ability to push for a sacking by piling pressure on them.
@gem_abbott from the moment I started paying proper attention Raab has consistently failed to be anything but incompetent, dishonest and self serving. Let’s go his support for prorogation, his comments about the importance of Dover and Calais and his defences of the indefensible Johnson. There is not a single member of this Government who are fit to be in Government. #GeneralElectionNOW
@gem_abbott Raab losing his seat at the next election is going to be the Portillo moment. I'm staying up for it 🍷
@billheywood there are SO many of them hanging on a shoogly peg! I think we’ll all need to pull an all-nighter!

@gem_abbott if it's like 1997 then it'll be fantastic telly

I'm definitely booking the Friday off work

@gem_abbott with all these cases of ministers bullying and other allegations in Parliament what are the common factors.
Is it a thirst for power that meets a culture in Parliament where bullying is considered normal and acceptable.
Or does it come from privilege nurtured through public schools and Oxbridge education?
We should have outsiders investigate because it makes for toxic governance which is bad for everyone.

@gem_abbott

This truly is astonishing. In any other business/professional organisation heads would roll if this type of culture existed. Why do we allow this government to be different
