Peter Kaczmarczyk@lacouvee That may be changing, I have noticed with my recent submissions they specify that these types of things are not considered as previously published. Acknowledgement perhaps that writers need these forums to build interest and it might benefit the journal publishing the work by helping to grow their audience.
@pkaczmar yes, I have noticed a few, but they are not yet the norm. I hope things change too.
