yanwhat ham radio setup should i get for disaster prep (cheapness/portability preferred)

@bcrypt You're getting lots of opinions about ham in general, but for disaster prep - you want the Baofeng and write down some important frequencies. The batteries last forever, and they are what everybody else will be using.
nasko@Lee_Holmes @bcrypt I would just add a better antenna so you can get a better range/signal. The SignalStick is awesome and foldable to be space efficient with pretty good quality.
