I will never, ever forget the warnings from our Italian medical colleagues ❤ as they were physically and emotionally exhausted , 4 weeks before:

1) Ensure full PPE for healthcare staff
2) Isolate and protect the vulnerable
3) Reduce transmission through closing borders

What was delivered:

1) Bin bags and ineffective PPE
2) The flooding of care homes with Covid19 patients
3) All airports entirely open

@Number10cat I find this whole series of I'm a Celebrity quite repulsive. Liars, cheaters, ex-cons trying to sanitise their images. Even more repulsive when you realise how much they are getting paid for it. I won't watch it. I never want to see Matt Hancock again, unless it's to turn up at an enquiry as to why he failed so miserably, wasted so much of our money and let so many people die from negligence and bad policy.
