@jacattell A coworking space that I worked had one of these. First time when I encountered I thought it was regular extinguisher and checked the pressure to see it was 0. I was totally sure if it was an emergency I would have pick it up without realizing it is an art installment. I pressured management to either change it with a working one or paint it to another colour. They did later. =)
