What we think improves productivity vs. what actually does.

It's often easy to feel like you’re only productive if you are working hard non-stop. That’s a misnomer. Breaks are vital for boosting productivity and deterring burnout. Make time to re-energize,
get rest and enjoy life in between.

@addyosmani the most common mistake is people think they are too busy to exercise
@mahowald @addyosmani gotta block off that time to get the exercise. I find it lets my subconscious do its background processing on tough problems as well.
@addyosmani another interesting thought is, most people are much more creative and productive if they work with someone else. A good manager, managing only 5 or 6 people can make each person feel like they are working with a partner which greatly increases their productivity
@addyosmani So true. Like we need to maintain that body or else we won't function.
I still puzzle though how to get everything into one day or even week, but all this healthy stuff sure needs to be done daily.
