i have a condition called #pmdd and few people know about it, despite it affecting 3-5% of AFABs. and of those who suffer 30% will attempt suicide.
PMDD is a condition where for the week (or more) before your period you suffer due to the hormone changes. Depression, Mood swings, joint pain and, headaches are just some of the symptoms.
It is real and terrifying and it leaves you feeling helpless.
