I got a SIM programmer, but I clearly didn't understand some things.

I was going to dev for rural internet coverage, but it might function as a good urban internet solution by using 5g New Radio Unlicensed (NR-U)

LimeSDR is opensource and RPis can run the srsRAN stack so I'm wondering if these components can be designed as a single unit for mesh?
