We're all here to help you. Do a short #Introduction post and use lots of hashtags in it. We find each other in here from the tags. If you followed #auspol on the birdsite (we don't use the name if it can be helped), then include that in your intro post along with anything else. If you garden, add hashgardening, if you brew beer add hashbeer. You get the drift.
