@tessa_vt For mastodon, you verify a link rather than a user, so if you have a personal website for example, you could link back to your vt.social account to verify that you own that site.

Currently this verification isn't yet possible for YT/Twitch, which is a bummer, but I might take a look at how feasible it is to implement.
