Reminds me of how the Dewey Decimal System has dozens of classes for Christianity, one for "Other Religions" (which I guess includes Buddhism?), one for Judaism, and a shared one for Islam, Bábism and Baháʼí.

@chrismardell also, regarding “ethnic”, I think that was widespread in the culture at the time. I recall seeing that as a section in the cd racks at my local music store. 😬
